    I second that Larry!! We are learning with below colleagues but this whole technology side is definitely set as one of my goals itself. I must admit that being a total online student can get frustrating; welcome to the wonderful world of new age advances! Walden has great support though from the staff whenever we need it too:)

  Problem There is a need for teacher preparation experiences that focus on trauma, the influence of trauma on children and teachers, and techniques to help children and teachers become successful. The problem is the absence of teacher preparation on how trauma impacts students, and trauma-sensitive instruction. Purpose The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore how teachers’ perspectives about teacher preparation experiences influenced their teaching strategies and the creation of supportive environments for preschool children who have experienced trauma.  Course Goals      My current understanding of policies and systems is that there is a large spectrum of people involved in making decisions, implementing strategies, and providing research for early childhood. It does not consist only of children, families, teachers, staff, and administrators inside the school but external stakeholders as well. The continuum of early childhood includes systems and subsystems.
